For Permanent Colouration with PCC: For tone-on-tone, darkening, white hair coverage and 1 level of lift, use Cream Developer 6%/20 Vol. For refreshing slightly-faded lengths and ends, use Cream Developer 2%/7 Vol. For 2 to 3 levels of lift, use Cream Developer 9%/30 Vol. For Blonding Services : For Blonde Expert Lightener, use Cream Developer 2%/7 Vol., 6%/20 Vol. or 9%/30 Vol., avoiding usage on the scalp. For Ultra Cool Booster mixed with Lightener, use Cream Developer 2%/7 Vol. on depth 7.0 and 6.0, 6%/20 Vol. on depth 7.0 and 6.0 and 9% /30 Vol. on depth 5.0 to 3.0, avoiding usage on the scalp. For Ultra Lift Booster mixed with Highlift 1000.0, use Cream Developer 9%/30 Vol. For Highlift shades, use Cream Developer 9%/30 Vol. for 3-4 levels of lift or 12%/40 Vol. for 4-5 levels of lift. For Pastel shades, use Cream Developer 2%/7 Vol. on lightened hair, 6%/20 Vol. on virgin hair and 12%/40 Vol. only when mixed 1:1 with Special Blonde 1000.
