For Permanent Colouration with PCC: For tone-on-tone, darkening, white hair coverage and 1 level of lift, use Cream Developer 6%/20 Vol. For refreshing slightly-faded lengths and ends, use Cream Developer 2%/7 Vol. For 2 to 3 levels of lift, use Cream Develope...
