The Wella Shinefinity Activator Bottle 2% 1000ml offers a fast and gentle demi-permanent colour application, without causing any damage or lifting. This activator is free of silicone, alcohol, and ammonia, and contains a unique pH buffer system that maintains the hair's pH level during development. When combined with Shinefinity Tints, you can easily execute a variety of techniques and achieve consistently healthy and accurate results for up to six weeks.

For minimum refresh: Comb the root colour through the mid length and ends after 15 minutes and develop for a further 5 minutes.
